Fitness Finesse w/Rae is focused on helping you reach your goals FOR LIFE with our new VOW10 (Victory Over Weight) Program.

What is the VOW10 Program?

VOW stands for Victory Over Weight and our program is carried out in 10 week sessions.  It goes beyond just a Weight loss program and is a Healthy Lifestyle program.  Our goal in each of the 10 week sessions is to Equip and Empower You  you with Education, Resources and Experiences that will help you make Healthy Eating and Exercise a permanent part of your life, resulting in improved health and weight loss goals being met and maintained for life.

Who is the VOW10 Program For?

The VOW10 Program is for those who are ready to RECLAIM THEIR HEALTH and get off of the yo-yo dieting cycle and are ready to make a commitment to adopting a Healthier Lifestyle.  We are not interested in seeing how much weight you can lose in a 10 week time period, we want to Educate, Empower and Equip you to live a Healthier Life and as you do, weight loss will be a part of that! 

How does the new FFRAE VOW10 Program benefit me?
 At the beginning of the 10 Week Session, you will establish your goals for that session and a plan to help guide you in the journey to achieving those goals.  During these 10 weeks, You will receive daily Accountability, Support, Encouragement and Coaching from Coach Rae and the Coaching Staff through weekly encouraraging posts, coaching sessions, posting of your meals and suggestions for improvement, fitness challenges, motivation and more.


What’s different about the new FFRAE VOW10 Program?

We have strategically mapped out your 10 weeks with weekly modules to keep you on target with your goals. We’ve also added a spiritual component entitled, "Fuel Your Spirit", for holistic wellness to address those deeper isues that may affect or impact our weight loss and health journey, as our program has a biblical foundation of 3John 1:2, "Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and Be In Health, even as thy soul prospereth"

We are a team of dedicated, committed individuals who are passionate about seeing you Gain Victory Over your struggles with Weight, Seeing you Develop new Habits and Appetites and seeing your Reclaim your Health.  We understand that inevitably, 'LIFE HAPPENS' and we want to help guard you against the potential pitfalls and derailments in your health/weight loss journey, so that you will not fall back into old habits that caused you to find yourself in your current state, but help provide you with the tools that will help you navigate through those challenges.  We give you tools of success that will carry you beyond the 10 week program to create a lifestyle change when implemented as a continual plan

  • Chat-n-Chews with Health and Industry Experts

  • FYS-Fuel Your Spirit Session-Holistic Wellness Session

  • Group Outings & Events (ranging from Group Fitness Outings, Restaurant/Grocery Store Field Trips, Family Fitness Opportunities and more!)

  • Fitness Opportunities (Zumba, Tabata, C & C Fitness, SitFit, Hips In Motion, Yoga, Mall Walkng, Tight 'N Tone

Coach Rae

Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach, Certified Wellness & Fitness Coach

I struggled with weight weight for the majority of my life.  I tried time after time to lose weight, which I would successfully do, but it would always come back, and bring more with it!  At years old, I had resolved to just be a "Big Girl" the rest of my life, but God said, "not so!"

During at time of fasting, I hadn't eaten for 4 days and walked up the steps to my house on that 4th day to get something.  As I was walking, I could feel all 247 of the pounds on my body and they were HEAVY!! I got to the top of the steps and had to stop and catch my breath. In that moment, I said, "Whew Lord, I never realized how important food i to give your body energy!"  In that moment I heard Him speak back to me and say, "Exactly daughter, I gave you Food to FUEL your Body, not to FLUFF it!"  That one statement changed the entire course of my life!

I began my weight loss journey and after seeing my progress, many people began to ask me to help them with theirs.  The rest they say, is "History!"  The VOW10 Program was birthed out of that personal journey and since 2015, I and my husband have helped hundreds of people lose over 5000 pounds to date.  

We are passionate about helping you to not only reach your goals, but to develop and lifestyle of Health & Fitness in the process so that you can Live Your Healthiest Life!

Coach Charlene

Coach Charlene Puryear started out as a VOW Participant and is now an Accountability Coach.  She is a licensed Evangelist, Recording Artist and wife of over 20 years.  She has lost over 60lbs and has turned her passion into a Fitness Program called "C & C Fitness" which she founded with her sister, Coach C.  She is knowledgeable about how to lose weight and keep it off and she is passionate about helping you do the same!

Coach Vicky

Coach Vicky Davis is a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Licensed Evangelist, and Serial Entrepreneur who started out her with VOW as a participant and is now an Accountability Coach helping others in their weight loss journey.  even with her BUSY lifestyle, she still makes time to make her health a priority, and help others do the same.  She is passionate about helping you reach your weight loss goals and is ready to help you!

Coach Charmaine Hicks lost over 100 lbs before being introduced to VOW, but when asked if she would like to help others change their lives, transform their bodies and create new lifestyles for themselves as an Accountability Coach, she jumped at he opportunity and has been going full force every since.  She is a hard-working mom who works diligently to support her family, but yet makes time to make her health and others' a priority!  Shes' ready to help you too!

Shannon Duke

Shannon is the Administrator for Fitness Finesse w/Rae.  In addition to Administrator, she has been with us as a participant, she has served as a
Co-Captain.

Angela Ellsworth-Fair

Angela has been a participant and has lost a significant amount of weight and been able to keep it off.  She serves as the Event & Logistics Liasion for Fitness Finesse w/Rae.
